Tasting Notes: A beautiful creamy texture, subtle flavors of Meyer lemon and a clean, bright finish.
Vintage Notes: We produced 115 cases from the 2016 vintage and disgorged the bottles in January 2021. This Méthode Champenoise beauty is 100% Chardonnay from the Fountaingrove District of Sonoma County. The bottles were aging on the lees for almost five years and finished with a Brut dosage.
